Licensed per device to businesses: one model, nothing to configure, no accounts to manage.
Everything runs on your computerThe model runs on the computer in front of you, so conversations and the documents you open are answered where they already are.
No queue, no shared capacity, no per-message cost.
Once installed, Fenrir answers with no internet connection at all.
We hold your licence and your seats. Your conversations never reach us.
Web lookup is the one feature that reaches outside the machine, and only for the messages you turn it on for.
A single model, chosen and configured for you, running on your machine.
Attach PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RTF, HTML, CSV, text and code, up to 60 MB each. The text is extracted on your machine.
Attach a folder to a chat and Fenrir works inside it — listing files, reading them, writing them, and saving documents it produces.
Turn an answer into a CSV, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or PDF file, built on your machine with no external converter.
A document too big to read at once is cut into parts and read in order, with a card ticking the parts off. You get one answer at the end.
Turn it on for a message and Fenrir searches and reads pages. It stays off the rest of the time, and you can see every lookup it made.
Instructions and knowledge files that apply to every chat in the project.
Instructions for a recurring job. Type / at the start of a message and the installed skills appear.
Facts filed under Who I am, How I work, What I'm on and Context. All of it can be viewed, edited, deleted and exported.
Balanced, Thorough or Max. All three give a complete answer; the setting changes how much reasoning happens first.
Reach your own systems through remote MCP servers over HTTPS. Nothing installs on your computer, and anything that changes the outside world asks you first.
Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, with Outlook calendar and mail, once IT has created the app registration.
Licensing, invoices, and anything about the software: support@fenrirent.com
We are the controller of the data described here. We process it to supply and support software the customer has bought, which is the performance of that contract.
What we hold. For each customer company: its name, its country, and one contact email address. For each licence: the seats, the plan, the expiry date, and the last six characters of the key. For each device holding a seat: an identifier derived from the machine, the platform, the application version, and the time it last checked in.
What we do not hold. No conversation content, no files, no prompts, no keystrokes — none of it reaches us, because the model runs on the device. We do not record the IP address or the browser agent of any request our service receives.
What the application sends us. Once a day it asks whether the licence is still valid. That check carries the licence, an identifier for the machine, and the version of the application. It carries nothing else.
How it is kept. Contact addresses are encrypted with a key held in AWS Key Management Service, separately for each company. The service runs in the European Union (Stockholm).
Email. We send licensing email only — the key you bought, a warning before a licence expires, and a notice when a seat is stopped. We send no marketing. Delivery failures and spam complaints are recorded against the company and acted on; tell us to stop and we stop.
Your rights. Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it, at support@fenrirent.com. Erasing a company destroys its encryption key, so everything stored under it becomes unreadable. Backups taken before that point are deleted on their normal retention schedule.
